Dashboard¶
Dashboard Screen¶
Clicking on the Home icon in the top left of the page will take you to your Dashboard. The contents of the dashboard include:
- Ticket Overview (top)
- Activity Feed (left)
- Calendar Event Display (right)
Activity can be filtered into Tickets, Tasks, Contacts, Projects, Files, Leads, Invoices and Quotes. You can also search through activity using the search bar.
The calendar display on the dashboard will show any upcoming events in your linked calendar. You can also create a new Event here. Just click New Event.
